sTF5 Care supports entrepreneurial educational initiatives in the region which aim to identify and grow local talent and support underprivileged youth to access employment opportunities and become empowered, inspiring leaders. We work with leading educational institutions in this respect, helping them to grow their outreach and to build dedicated entrepreneurial education programs with a particular focus on youth in Jordan and Palestine.

The Tawfiq Fakhouri Endowment for Entrepreneurship and Leadership at King’s Academy: In 2021, sTF5 Care has endowed a Chair for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Leadership at the school which aims to develop young people’s entrepreneurial skills and prepare them for the workplace. The program has helped students build their confidence and skills to start their own venture and prepared them for life’s challenges whether they choose to become entrepreneurs or not by nurturing and cultivating their entrepreneurial mindset. Students learn to identify opportunities and solve complex problems along with problem solving, team building, oral presentation, communication skills, preparing pitch deck and research skills.
