    A private philanthropic venture, built for capability that lasts.

    sTF5 Care is a private philanthropic venture based in Jordan, with a particular focus on Jordan and Palestine. We work across healthcare, entrepreneurship education and community development, selecting areas where targeted capital, strong partners and disciplined programme design can address a clear gap and build capability that lasts.

    Our role is not to fund activity for its own sake. We study the context, assess fit, work with organisations that bring relevant expertise and local legitimacy, define what progress should look like, and follow the evidence over time.

    Our Story

    A family commitment, translated into structures that can continue to serve.

    sTF5 Care was founded by Samer Tawfiq Fakhouri with a clear intention: to move from individual acts of giving toward a more disciplined form of philanthropy that can build lasting capability. The organisation carries a family legacy while placing the institution, the work and the communities it serves ahead of personality.

    Over time, that commitment has taken practical form through an MS outpatient care model, long-term research relationships, entrepreneurship programmes and targeted community partnerships. The common thread is not a sector or a single type of grant. It is the decision to back work where the gap is consequential, the rationale is clear and the pathway to durable value can be tested.
