Multiple Sclerosis Research
Since 2016, on the heels of the Tesar Laboratory’s foundational 2015 publication on a new therapeutic approach to multiple sclerosis (MS), sTF5 Care has been an essential partner in continued research and success at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
In the five years since the initial investment, sTF5 Care’s support has helped advance research efforts and led to 18 publications in major journals, numerous awards, and recognition of lead academic Dr Tesar’s scientific excellence and mentoring of the next generation of medical researchers. The team works to advance remyelination therapies for MS patients working with leaders around the world to further accelerate progress. sTF5 Care has helped position the School of Medicine as the global leader in myelin research, and the logical home for a Myelin Medicine Institute giving new hope to MS patients all over the world.
