Program Overview:
In 2021, sTF5 Care has endowed a Chair for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Leadership at the school which aims to develop young people’s entrepreneurial skills and prepare them for the workplace. The program has helped students build their confidence and skills to start their own venture and prepared them for life’s challenges whether they choose to become entrepreneurs or not by nurturing and cultivating their entrepreneurial mindset. Students learn to identify opportunities andsolve complex problems along with problem solving, team building, oralpresentation, communication skills, preparing pitch deck and research skills.
The program helps students develop entrepreneurial qualities: passion, grit, persistence, empathy, creative thinking, risk tolerance, coachability, versatility/adaptability, strong work ethic, discipline, and leadership. The Chair delivers on a yearly basis a wholistic program consisting of (i) a co-curriculum course, (ii) a student-led entrepreneurs club, (iii) entrepreneurial thinking by renowned mentors.
The mission of TFELP is to cultivate the next generation of entrepreneurs, empowering them to address local and regional challenges by creating solutions that benefit society and foster a strong sense of social responsibility
