We report verified progress, distinguish outputs from outcomes and make clear where evidence is still developing.
How we report
Impact is not a collection of large numbers.
For sTF5 Care, it is a disciplined question: what was delivered, what changed, what can be substantiated, and what still needs to be learned? Our monitoring and evaluation systems are being strengthened across the portfolio so that future decisions can rely on clearer outcome evidence, not activity alone.
Healthcare · Multiple Sclerosis
76,000+
reported rehabilitation sessions
400+
people supported through Nemat Al-Tawfiq since 2017
1.2m JOD
reported funding for PT/OT services
90%+
reported high satisfaction with rehabilitation services
85%+
active patients reporting high-quality OT/PT services
32+
scientific publications associated with supported MS research
The strongest current evidence is concentrated in access to and quality of healthcare services. The longer-term programme framework also tracks social understanding of MS, organisational sustainability, advocacy and quality-of-life outcomes.
Entrepreneurship · Skills, confidence and practice
85+
aspiring entrepreneurs engaged
16+
startup solutions developed
55+
programme curriculum sessions
20+
expert mentors
80%
reported major positive shift in attitude toward entrepreneurship
87%
reported significant increase in confidence applying entrepreneurial skills
These figures describe programme reach, outputs and participant-reported shifts. The monitoring framework is designed to go further over time by examining participation in entrepreneurial activity, knowledge, confidence, business-model development and progression into further study or entrepreneurship-related pathways.
Community Development · Selected project results
2,000+
households benefited from the Jaba’ water project
14,000+
residents reached through improved water access
50%
female participation reported by PACES
Community work also includes cultural and advocacy projects, emergency response and targeted community support. Because these interventions differ significantly in purpose and scale, sTF5 Care does not combine them into a single headline number. Each should be assessed against the result it was designed to achieve.
What we are strengthening
Outcome measurement
Building a clearer distinction between activities, outputs, outcomes and long-term ambition.
Theory of Change and logframes
Using shared frameworks to connect programme activity with measurable pathways of change.
Partner reporting
Improving consistency in technical, financial and outcome reporting without creating reporting for its own sake.
Institutional learning
Using programme data, field experience and partner insight to inform future selection, design and funding decisions.
