The right partner can add local legitimacy, technical depth, research capability, delivery access, governance or continuity that funding alone cannot provide.
sTF5 Care selects partners according to the role the work requires. We aim to define responsibilities clearly, communicate contribution accurately and share credit in proportion to what each organisation brings.
Implementing and delivery partners
These organisations bring programme design, local access, participant relationships and delivery capability. Organisations in sTF5 Care’s portfolio have included Nemat Al-Tawfiq, King’s Academy, Al-Quds University, Dar Al-Ehsan, Mentor Arabia, Al-Qantara, PACES and experienced humanitarian partners.
Research and specialist partners
Research institutions, clinicians, rehabilitation practitioners, educators, mentors, evaluators and other specialists add technical depth and quality assurance. The long-term MS research relationship with Case Western Reserve University and the Tesar Laboratory is one example.
Public and community partners
Municipalities, local organisations and community actors can provide context, legitimacy, access and the practical knowledge needed for infrastructure and community initiatives. The Jaba’ water and public-space projects, for example, were developed with local municipal and technical partners.
Aligned capital and grantmaking infrastructure
Co-funders, philanthropic peers, development institutions and fiduciary partners can strengthen continuity, shared risk and reach. sTF5 Care operates through National Philanthropic Trust UK for grantmaking infrastructure and has worked with institutions including the Islamic Development Bank through the Jerusalem Empowerment Fund.
